The Dream Physique personalised eating plan
A huge part of the 12-week course is how you eat and of course, what you eat. It is imperative that you e mail (or WhatsApp) your eating diary to me on a daily basis. This enables me to see your eating patterns. I will only be able to write you a personalised eating plan if I am able to see your likes and dislikes and where you need help.
I have spent the last 10 years researching food groups and their compatibility with each other and have developed a fool-proof way of eating that makes you lose weight and more importantly, keeps the weight off!
You will never be hungry as the diet is wholesome good food with regular snacks, promoting good digestion, weight loss and optimum health.
